Преддипломное исследование, проведенное студенткой Анастасией Нечаевой, показало, что вблизи улицы Донской сосредоточено большое количество образовательных учреждений, количество учащихся в которых составляет ≈ 9769 человек. Анастасия считает, что для такого количества человек в микрорайоне должно быть предусмотрено дополнительное учреждение внешкольного образования.
Для возведения детского спортивно-творческого центра студентка выбрала территорию, расположенную между тупиковым проездом к кинотеатру «Юбилейный» и дорогой, ведущей на улицы Тимирязева и Пасечная.

Улица Декабристов — главная улица поселка Лоо, через нее осуществляется основной поток автотранспорта. Оля решила создать проект единого ансамбля, который бы решил все имеющиеся проблемы.
В ходе работы была разработана схема нового передвижения автомобильного потока. Добавлены дороги, ведущие в подземную автостоянку под торговым центром. Спроектированы надземные переходы, оснащенные эскалаторами и лестницами, которые позволят жителям поселка и отдыхающим без труда перейти с одной стороны улицы на другую.
Сама улица Декабристов в проекте была расширена по ГОСТу, каждая полоса движения теперь равна 3,5 метра. Также расширены примыкающие к ней улицы, и добавлены тротуары по всей ее протяженности. Трассу архитектор огородила должным образом от пешеходного тротуара, чтобы по ней осуществлялось только движение автотранспорта. Все принятые меры должны исключить возможность возникновения автомобильных пробок на федеральной трассе М-27, которая проходит через поселок Лоо.

Анастасия Грачева заметила, что последнее время в Сочи наблюдается потребность в местах для культурной и общественной активности, поэтому в рамках дипломной работы Настя решила разработать проект арт-пространства «Сектор М» на основе ванного здания №9 «Мацеста», расположенного в равной удалённости от всех районов Большого Сочи, в отдалении от зоны жилой застройки, среди природной лесопарковой территории, а также в границах основных транспортных потоков города.
Территория комплекса разделена на две основные зоны: парадная и рекреационная, и представляет симбиоз городского парка и культурной среды.
В парадной зоне создана многофункциональная 3х-уровневая зона отдыха с «сухими» фонтанами и встроенными сидениями, выполненными с использованием приемов геопластики.

В зоне для активного отдыха организован «Зеленый амфитеатр», который предполагается использовать как концертную, репетиционную площадку и кинозал под открытым небом. Создана экстрим-площадка для поклонников экстремальных видов спорта и стрит-культуры.
Проектное решение предусматривает и реконструкцию набережной р. Мацеста с преобразованием ее в динамичную пешеходную структуру, представленную 3х-уровневой террасой с зонами отдыха, фонтанами и современным ландшафтным озеленением.
