— Это ваш первый серьезный проект в России? Или у вас уже есть подобный опыт?
— В России это мой первый проект. Но у меня был опыт открытия подобных проектов в Англии, в Лондоне. Все проекты, к слову, были очень успешны.
— Почему выбрали именно это месторасположение? У многих сочинцев все заведения, которые находятся в непосредственной близости к вокзалу ассоциируются с чем то низкопробным, не заслуживающим внимания.

— Вы позиционируете себя как итальянский ресторан? Но, честно говоря, ничего итальянского в интерьере мы не заметили.
— Дизайн был полностью разработан мной в Лондоне, основная концепция — это соответствие урбанистическому лофт-заведению. Отдельно отмечу наши столы-конструкторы — они легко трансформируются как в большие банкетные столы, так и в уютные столики для двоих. Также наш ресторан условно разбит на несколько зон, при этом каждое место неповторимо. Ощущения и восприятие за нашим с вами столиком, совершенно отличаются от соседнего, например. Вместе с тем в целом все очень гармонично и не заметно с первого взгляда. Поэтому только посидев в разных зонах, можно отметить эту уникальную особенность. Что касается Италии — она в кухне.

— Мы очень долго искали дизайнерскую студию в России. Я лично потратил не одну неделю на поиск адекватной компании по соотношению цена/качество. В итоге, мой выбор пал на Grani Studio. Мне понравилась эта молодая и креативная команда, которая потрясающе воплотила в жизнь мои изначальные идеи. Что касается изменений от первоначального проекта, то отличия, конечно, были, хотя и незначительные. Я очень доволен полученным результатом.
