К Дарье Виноградовой, главному архитектору Villa Canto, основателю архитектурной компании V6 Group обратились именно с таким запросом: сделать самый лучший и красивый дом в Сочи. Не дорогой, а именно что красивый и лучший. Так и получилась Villa Canto. Мы поговорили с Дарьей о том, как и из чего рождался этот проект.
Хоста, закрытый коттеджный посёлок «Мандарин», что у ручья Видный. Небольшая возвышенность, виды на море. Здесь, в тупиковой части посёлка, и находится Villa Canto. Дом полусферой настолько идеально интегрирован в окружающее пространство, что кажется, будто только так и могло быть. При разговоре, конечно же, выясняется, что всё было далеко не так. Эта история про пространство, которое не то что способствовало, но диктовало условия. Вопрос лишь в том, как их расслышать.
Классическая сочинская проблема — большой перепад высот на участке. К ней добавилась и проблема уникальная: заезд с улицы и виды вообще не совпадают. Дом нужно было буквально разворачивать, параллельно ещё и уравнивая разные высоты. Сложно? Очень. Но, как признаётся Дарья, чем больше ограничений, тем точнее можно попасть в цель.
И как попали!
Итак, въезд оставили в классическом прямоугольном формате. А вот сам дом развернули на 45 градусов, чтобы идеально попасть в видовой просвет на море, который никем и никогда не будет перегорожен. Но как сделать этот поворот лаконичным и плавным? На втором этаже в одной из спален установили панорамные окна Schüco в виде полусферной системы. Да, это окна с изгибом! Решение крайней смелости: в 2021 году, когда проект только формировался, с подобными окнами в Сочи практически никто не работал. Но рискнули. Теперь из большой спальни открывается шикарная и плавная панорама на море, что перетекает от одной стены к другой.
Фасад продолжил эту историю. Аккуратно вытягиваются вдоль всего участка приятные скруглённые формы. Как рассказывает Дарья, ей хотелось привнести больше бионики, создать историю про природу. В качестве материалов: штукатурная отделка, керамогранит, металлические ламели под дерево. Последние добавляют немножко интриги внешнему облику.
Террасирование тоже становится преимуществом. Со второго этажа можно выйти на верхний уровень сада. С первого — к инфинити-бассейну на 32 кв. м. Изнутри же дом соединяется подвесной лестницей, которая становится геометрическим центром проекта. Это точно не только про практичное использование. Скорее — арт-объект. Не случайно под ней есть ниша под скульптуру или какое-нибудь деревце-бонсай. Опорная стена постройки интегрирована в дом, а её внешняя часть увита плющом. Если не читать этот текст, а взглянуть на Villa Canto, то участок кажется идеально ровным. Такая вот сила архитектуры.
Ещё одна ключевая составляющая Villa Canto — это стилистика минималистичных решений. Весь «шум» от фасада сведён к минимуму. Не только формами. Например, около бассейна есть зона с летней кухней (кстати, крытая, так что никакой дождь не станет помехой) и сауной. Дверь там при помощи ламели так спрятали, что с расстояния заметить её практически невозможно. Ну, а сама сауна — это просто шик. Огромное видовое окно, которое зеркалит снаружи. Инфинити-бассейн лишён каких-либо металлических перил — бетонные ступени сформировали ещё на этапе закладки бассейна. Интересное решение и с переливом бассейна: пока ты поднимаешься на уровень входа, плитка красиво мерцает на солнце.
Теперь немного про скучные, но важные цифры. Общая площадь Villa Canto — 277,7 кв. м. Закрытый гаражный паркинг на два места. Четыре спальни, в двух из которых можно сделать отдельный блок с санузлом и гардеробом. На первом этаже — просторная кухня-гостиная с камином. Идеальна для одной большой семьи.
Проект был сдан буквально несколько месяцев назад. Дарья Виноградова признаётся, что это тот редкий случай, когда заказчики ни на секунду не отошли от изначальной задумки. Она называет Villa Canto «эталонным проектом в плане долгосрочного цикла реализации». Сейчас дом выставлен на продажу и ожидает своих первых хозяев.
