Но, как мы и сказали, морепродукты и Сахалин — это основа, но далеко не всё, что могут предложить «Аристокрабы». Помня о локации, команда проекта обильно так разбавила меню локальной дичью: диким оленем, кабаном, косулей. В общем, не морепродуктами едиными.
Кстати, за эту вот контрастность в ответе ещё и интерьер ресторана, который создала архитектор Ксения Дорошенко. Никаких палубных историй, спасательных кругов на стенах и прочей «морской» айдентики. Напротив, пространство залито стильным бетоном и дополнено натуральными материалами, приглушённым серым цветом, а посуда (ручной работы, конечно) выполнена из матового стекла — всё по заветам и трендам. Разбавляют всё это забавные скетчи, которые можно найти в профиле инстаграма и на обложке меню. В скором времени откроется и второй зал (вместимость увеличится до 80 посадочных мест), а к летнему сезону запустится огромная терраса с очагом в центре, на котором гости смогут самостоятельно приготовить себе гребешка или моллюска.
Всё? Нет, не всё. Забыли про самое главное. Да, конечно, мы про винную карту — ведь куда без неё любому ресторану морской кухни. Тут планируют собрать хорошую коллекцию с сильным акцентом на белое (красного планируют около десятка позиций).
