Как бы ни глумились над этим зумеры в рилсах (а ничё тот факт, что кофе — это вечно).
По разнообразию кофеен Красная Поляна вполне конкурентна с центральным Сочи. Что большие сетки с несколькими спотами, что штучные магистры спешелти — всё и все есть.
Barabas Espresso Bar
Начнём с небольшой локальной сетки. Есть кофейня в Адлере. Есть кофейня в Красной Поляне. Вполне симпатичная, почилить полдня очень даже можно. Из интересных особенностей: когда-то в Barabas Espresso Bar приняли осознанное решение готовить кофеёк на чуть более «сочинской» обжарке. Не в плане производителей, а в плане вкуса: меньше кислотности, больше шоколадно-ореховых оттенков. Так что получилось идеально для кофейных консерваторов.

А теперь к тяжёлой артиллерии. Что-то кому-то нужно рассказывать про «Сёрф»? За эти годы мы столько раз уже упоминали сетку в наших подборках и гидах, что все заходы уже использованы. Шутили про темпы роста «Сёрфа», про его превращение уже в некий поп-мем, вспоминали отсылки из стендапов известных комиков. Поэтому просто представьте, что мы вновь делаем нечто подобное. Несмотря на пугающую скорость экспансии, именно в Поляне количество «Сёрфов» увеличивается куда медленнее. Сейчас их насчитывается семь штук. Присутствуют «Сёрфы» на каждом из курортов, а также в посёлке. Но огромный Surf Coffee на Волоколамской, кажется, всё ещё самый крутой.

«Зацепи»
И к другой крупной сетке. Пока что в Сочи «Зацепи» представлен ещё скромно. Особенно на фоне родного для сети Краснодара. Всего пять кофеен, три из которых как раз находятся в Поляне. Если вдруг вы ещё не подружились с «Зацепи», то просвещаем — это классическая современная кофейня с авторскими напитками, вполне себе хорошей альтернативой, десертами и единым вайбом в дизайне (что-то на винтажном и домашнем). Краснополянские локации точно такие же. На курорте — больше лофта и воздуха. В посёлке — магическая кофемашинка и ламповый уют. А также полноценная кухня.

«Гараж Винтаж»
Не просто кофейня, а ботаническая лавка. С акцентом именно что на растениях. Здесь можно собрать красивый букет, купить кашпо или цветки. Ну, а само пространство утопает в различной зелени. Такая вот оранжерея, в которой можно и кофеёк попить. Да, без особых спешалти-изысков, но вполне добротно. А ещё тут есть игрушки ручной работы от питерской «Фарфоровой мануфактуры».

Co-Co Coffee
Новенькая (относительно) кофейня от Co-Co Team, создателей Co-Co Chalet. Вайбы и стилистика примерно те же, что можно прочитать и в Co-Co Chalet. Главная причина для визита — это всевозможная выпечка и десерты. Венская улитка с клюквой, шоколадный эклер с голубикой, кокобоны с яблоком или корицей — рай для любителей всего сладкого. С кофе всё тоже достойно. Из любопытных особенностей отметим напитки с тапиокой. Причём тапиока разных вкусов: ванильная или кленово-каштановая.

«Лис Кофе»
В то время как все уже давно ушли в тотальный визуальный минимализм, эта кофейня действует иначе. Лис здесь не только в названии: и в огромном лого на стаканчике, и в виде фигурных печенюшек. Такая вот контркультура. Но запоминающаяся. Ну, а если серьёзно, то это просто милая, уютная кофейня на торце небольшого ТЦ. Здесь есть, например, кофе в съедобном вафельном стаканчике, который могут украсить и взбитыми сливками, и даже небольшим пончиком. А также кофейный напиток с краснополянским мёдом для полной аутентичности.

Mechanica Coffee
Возможно, главное кофейное открытие последнего года. Невероятно стильная — бетон, строгие геометрические формы, винтажная мебель с барахолок и растения (на все сто спешалти), — топовое зерно, топовые бариста и вся возможная альтернатива. И крутейшие десерты по преступно низким для полянских реалий ценам. При каждом посещении «Механики» невольно думаешь: а в чём же подвох? К счастью, за прошедший год он так и не нашёлся. А ещё под конец 2024-го у Mechanica Coffee открылось новое пространство, в котором акцент на альтернативу, китайский чай и собственную обжарку. Такое же стилёвое и атмосферное. В общем, это та самая кофейня, которую мы заслужили.

Cringe Сoffee
Ещё одни новички (открылись осенью). И какие дерзкие! Вместо тысячи знаков — просто оцените их рилсики. Парень с усами — ты топ. От проекта тотальное ощущение какой-то крафтовости и осознания собственной идентичности. Не до конца, конечно, понятно, какой, но точно собственной. Если что, кофейня на все сто спешалти, воронку можно заказывать смело и уверенно. Удивительный фан-факт — тут есть дубайский шоколад, который, как кажется, не особо вяжется с их вайбом. Но кто мы такие, чтобы осуждать.

De’Longhi
Specialty-кофейня, которую вполне можно назвать уникальной. Во-первых, она находится в здании главной канатной дороги Курорта Красная Поляна. Можно взять вкусный, ароматный кофе и помедитировать на летней террасе с видом на прекрасные горы. Во-вторых, кофейня от компании De’Longhi с необычной опцией: вы можете попробовать приготовить себе напиток на тех же кофемашинах, которыми пользуются бариста за баром. Так же они посоветуют, какую выбрать для личного пользования дома. Такого энтертейнмента нигде более мы не припоминаем.
