Как вообще работает ФЗ-214? Раньше от нас как от застройщиков требовалось только разрешение на строительство. Получив его, мы начинали строить. Если это было долевое строительство, то деньги брали у дольщиков и спокойно возводили дом. За последние два года закон претерпел колоссальные изменения. И вот об этих поправках, как правило, люди вообще ничего не знают. Между тем, для потенциальных дольщиков вложиться в строительство законного объекта сегодня — крайне выгодно и надёжно.

А если говорить о финансовой защите дольщиков?
