Объект исследования — жилой микрорайон, ограниченный улицами Тоннельной, Альпийской и Севастопольской в Центральном районе Сочи. За три дня участники исследуют жилую среду микрорайона, распространенные бытовые сценарии жителей, постараются выявить уникальные локальные объекты и истории, связанные с районом. Наблюдения будут подкреплены короткими интервью и дискуссией с активными горожанами, а первые гипотезы — проверены на месте. Результаты воркшопа используют для составления Технического задания на Проект планировки жилого микрорайона. Составители Технического задания — ООО «Архитектурная мастерская «АР.КО».
