Летом этого года был объявлен победитель закрытого международного архитектурно-градостроительного конкурса на разработку концепции центральной морской набережной в Сочи. Им стал консорциум под лидерством голландской студии UNStudio. Члены консорциума: Spectrum Group, Amirov Architects, JTP, European Cultural Academy, ФГБОУ ВО «Кубанский государственный университет». Мы поговорили с одним из участников, сочинским архитектором, основателем архитектурного бюро Amirov Architects — Александром Амировым о победе в конкурсе, его учёбе в Баухаусе и новых проектах.
Ты в архитектурной «теме» с отрочества, как обучение в Баухаусе оформило твой почерк?
Баухаус, как и мой первый университет — КубГУ — оказали огромное влияние на мой вкус и мироощущение. Основные принципы и постулаты Баухауса, которые он несёт в мир — это единение практичности и эстетики, сочетание материалов и функциональности с лёгкостью конструкций и пространства, и неутолимое желание движения вперёд с использованием современных технологий. Это прослеживается в каждом сантиметре исторических и новых зданий кампуса университета Баухауса. Жизнь за границей дала понять, что мир на самом деле более открытый и разнообразный, чем мы видим это в России, и любой человек на планете может менять окружающую его среду, так же как и всемирно известные архитекторы, если у него есть рвение к знаниям и возможность их применить.
Почему вернулся в Сочи и есть ли в планах работа за рубежом?
Вернулся в Сочи, потому что это мой родной город, у которого есть потенциал стать лучшим на планете, но кто-то его должен сделать таковым, надеюсь, хоть немного в этом процессе поучаствовать. Да и в целом, здесь моя семья, друзья, море и горы. Работа за границей это всегда возможность расширить своё видение и возможность научиться чему-то новому, поэтому я не исключаю возможность краткосрочной стажировки где-либо в мире в будущем.
Рассматривал ли себя вне этой профессии?
Я за созидание в любых его проявлениях. Архитектура — очень обширная область, она объединяет творчество с более точными науками, возможно, поэтому она по-особенному структурирует мышление. Многие всемирно известные дизайнеры, модельеры и учёные изначально учились на архитекторов и параллельно изучали смежные науки. К примеру, принципы, заложенные для строительства Эйфелевой башни и многих современных небоскрёбов, берут свои корни у строения человеческих костей. Сейчас совместно с одной компанией мы разрабатываем IT-проект, который позволит без привязки к компьютеру проектировать на участке будущего строительства в VR очках с использованием виртуальной реальности.
Какие проекты реализовал в России и в Сочи?
Уже довольно обширное количество проектов реализовано в России и в Сочи, есть интересные объекты в Москве, удалось поучаствовать в проектировании экотропы в парке ВДНХ — это ландшафтная конструкция длиной 450 метров. В Сочи реализованы проекты многоквартирных зданий в Дагомысе, апарт-отеля в Красной Поляне, многоквартирного клубного дома в Сириусе, ресторана SeaZone на приморской набережной, а также много других проектов. И конечно же, я с нетерпением жду реализации проекта новой набережной города Сочи, конкурсный проект которой мы разрабатывали совместно с голландским архитектурным бюро UNStudio.

UNStudio — всемирно известное архитектурное бюро, с инновационными проектами, на порядок опережающими время, их фанатом я являюсь со студенчества и около 10 лет назад пробовал устроиться к ним на стажировку. Один из лидирующих архитекторов UNSudio был моим преподавателем в Баухаусе — Александр Калачев, он и предложил мне поработать с ними над проектом набережной Сочи, когда к ним поступил запрос на участие в конкурсе. По совпадению у меня был опыт работы над этой территорией, т. к. за несколько месяцев до объявления о конкурсе мы разрабатывали концепцию объединения прогулочных территорий Сочи вместе с директором архитектурного бюро MOA Татеосом Бардахчиевым в проекте «Две реки — одно море». Концепция предполагает объединение набережных рек Сочи, Мацесты с центральной морской набережной для создания единого пешеходного маршрута, объединяющего весь город.

В каких международных конкурсах участвовал ещё?
Участвовать в конкурсах начал со второго курса университета в далёком 2006 году. С тех пор их было довольно много, более сотни. Самые масштабные, в которых удалось одержать победу — Всемирная архитектурная выставка-триеннале Interarch 2012 года, организованная международным союзом архитекторов, там я выиграл Гран-при за проект инновационного санатория. Национальная Премия Architecture and design leaders of Kazakhstan 2018 — 1 место за проект экошколы в Астане. Interactive Shanghai Exhibition 2013 с проектом Emergent Inactivities.
Ты как-то поучаствовал в процессе подготовки города к Олимпиаде?
В 2011 году я несколько месяцев проработал заместителем главного архитектора одного из районов Сочи по развитию общественных пространств и единого стиля улиц вдоль туристических потоков. А также сделал несколько визуализаций стадиона «Фишт» для внутренней российской выставки.
Твой отец архитектор, приверженец традиционного стиля, у тебя противоположный стиль. Есть ли конфликт поколений или идей? И как он комментирует проект набережной?
По моему мнению, у отца не противоположный стиль. Мой отец — заслуженный архитектор, сделавший очень многое для развития города Сочи, проработав на должности главного архитектора Лазаревского района 12 лет. Я являюсь архитектором во втором поколении, и во многих аспектах профессии и жизни отец был примером. Наши взгляды во многом сходятся и мы сделали довольно много проектов вместе.
Отец положительно оценивает реализацию новой набережной, так как это принесёт городу новые возможности и сформирует новый, современный образ города Сочи.

Расскажи о своей наноразработке в облицовочных панелях?
Корни разработки родом из моего студенческого проекта в Баухаусе. В 2012 году мы в команде с профессором Института Южной Калифорнии Нилом Личем (Neil Leach) и двумя однокурсницами искали новые решения в архитектуре для использования в солнцезащите, эргономике и фасадах. Очень много экспериментировали с робототехникой, программированием и инновационными материалами, меняющими свои свойства под действием магнитного поля или температуры. Несколько раз даже спалили электрику аудитории и залили пол масляной жидкостью. Один из таких экспериментов вылился в фасадный облицовочный материал, меняющий свою форму и цвет под действием солнечного света, т. е. в тени на здании он однороден и позволяет создать белый минималистичный фасад, но когда на него падают лучи света, он начинает приобретать различный окрас и текстуру. Результаты исследований были опубликованы в книге Нила Лича «IaaC bits».
У тебя очень смелые проекты, которые опережают сегодняшнюю действительность, не боишься их увидеть в реализации?
Конечно, меня это не пугает, напротив, я очень жду их реализации и надеюсь, что они смогут сделать мир более комфортным, интересным и положительно влияющим на мироощущение людей. Сейчас мы с командой участвуем в проекте реновации одного знакового сочинского санатория и инновационного выставочного мультимедиа холла и новой жизни площади перед Зимним театром, эти проекты подарят родному городу новые пространства для прогулок, выставок, общения и приблизят Сочи к заслуженному статусу лучшего курортного города страны.
