Мой погреб расположен практически под землей и сделан из увесистых камней, поэтому температура здесь стабильна, но, несмотря на это, градусники у меня везде. Если где-то какие-то колебания, я или обогреватель принесу, или замороженную кастрюлю с водой поставлю.
Вот почему сомелье при дегустации вин упоминает год урожая? Да, потому что с одного и того же винограда в разные года получается разное вино. О качестве
Определить на вкус и цвет качественный или некачественный у вас в руках напиток нельзя, для этого нужно быть сомелье. Мы колбасу едим и находим ее очень вкусной, хотя на самом деле полезного в ней мало. Здесь посажены даже такие сорта, которые произрастают в Грузии. Например, саперави — древнейший сорт винограда, выведенный самой природой. Так вот он произрастает в данный момент на Кубани, и, я считаю, у нас саперави даже лучше, чем в Грузии, потому что здесь более благодатная почва и климат.
Я бы рекомендовал опасаться покупать напитки в непредназначенных для этого местах (на рынках, пляжах) — это очень опасно. Достаточно тех, кто ставит производство домашнего вина на бизнес. Все пишут, что пресловутое вино «на продажу» — порошковое, но это немного не так. На самом деле, покупают у виноделов литров 100 вина, добавляют суррогатный спирт и много-много воды, таким образом получается много-много дешевого поддельного вина, которое, конечно же, не лечит, а травит людей. Мы же, виноделы, делаем продукцию для гостей, друзей и родственников.
