Soul Food — веганское место с душевным подходом. Открылось кафе на месте
бывшей пекарни, здание которой собрано полностью из привезённого сибирского
кедра, с настоящей каменной печью и могучими стволами деревьев,
выполняющими роль колонн.
Локомотивом кухни считается фалафель и производные с ним позиции — ребята
готовят его с 2015 года, получается безупречно. Заманчивы и другие позиции:
темпе-боул с запечённым бататом и киноа, палак–панир (традиционное индийское
блюдо), тост с жареным паниром. На десерт пробуйте печенье на муке из зелёной
гречки, кажется, это даже вкуснее, чем классическая выпечка. Ребята проводят и мастер-классы, и гаражные распродажи, если кому-то нужно что-то купить, продать или обменять, а по вечерам музыку играет диджей, и это хороший повод провести камерный вечер в стенах Soul Food.

то и вкусная. Да, у них всё наоборот. В Raw To Go изготавливают десерты из
натуральных ингредиентов, без молочных продуктов и без белого сахара. Тут и
