И каким вышел этот проект! В отелях мы редко оцениваем архитектурно-эстетичную составляющую. Сразу бежим в номера, узнаём об условиях, сводим всё к утилитарному. Но не в случае «Верещагинской дачи». Когда-то архитектор, главред «Архитектура Сочи», бывший председатель сочинского отделения Союза архитекторов России Наталья Захарова назвала проект «лучшим современным объектом, построенным вне Олимпиады». И как же это справедливо. «Верещагинская дача» — это прямые формы, геометрия, чистая красота материалов, голый бетон и авангард. Тот отель, который хочется запечатлеть на камеру ещё до заселения.
Но не думайте, что сила лишь во внешнем. Внутренне «Верещагинская дача» не менее прекрасна и вторит авангардистскому фасаду. Проект ощущается, как индивидуальный и штучный, поэтому здесь всего 13 номеров 6 разных категорий. В интерьере каждого номера используется дизайнерская мебель, эксклюзивные элементы декора, а вся фурнитура и оснащение подогнаны под единый цветовой код. Это не воспринимается, как номера отеля в привычном понимании. Скорее творческая студия, куда можно заехать на выходные. На правильную атмосферу настроит и вид из окон, где царит зелень субтропиков.
