В 2018 году власти Краснодарского края планируют установить курортный сбор в размере 10 рублей с человека в сутки, об этом сообщил министр курортов, туризма и олимпийского наследия края Христофор Константиниди. Пока сбор будет действовать в Сочи, Анапе, Туапсинском районе и Горячем Ключе. Реализация проекта начнётся 1 мая 2018 года.
«К ставке курортного сбора мы подходили взвешенно, мы понимаем все риски, на первый год, чтобы отработать механизм, предлагается 10 рублей. Первый год — это обкатка, мы не планируем получение сверхдоходов», — сказал министр на совещании в Ставрополе и также отметил, что за счёт курортного сбора власти планируют получить доход в размере около 270 млн рублей.
Плательщиками взносов станут совершеннолетние граждане, остановившиеся более чем на одни сутки в гостинице или другом средстве размещения. Обязанность по сбору курортного сбора возложена на индивидуальных предпринимателей и на юридические лица, оказывающие услуги по размещению, сообщает «Макс Портал».
- Законопроект о введении курортного сбора предполагает, что эксперимент по взиманию платы за пользование курортной инфраструктурой пройдёт в 2018–2022 годах в Алтайском, Краснодарском, Ставропольском краях и в Крыму.
